Principal Talent Partner - BioTech - Boston
Senior Talent Partner – UK: own end-to-end, data-driven recruitment for DeepTech/CleanTech/Biotech partners. Independent, people-first, impact-driven.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to change the way teams scale forever and for the better. Empowering visionaries, to leave their print on the planet. 🚀
About Bond
We’re not your average Talent Consultancy — because we don’t work with average companies or employ average people. Sh*t hot, always — that’s our standard, and it’s non-negotiable. We work with game-changing visionaries in DeepTech, CleanTech, and BioTech.
We’re proud to be the world’s first certified net-zero talent solution company. People are at the heart of everything we do — hire great people, treat them well, and the rest is easy. Remote-first? Of course. Work from anywhere? Absolutely. Wellbeing, flexibility, and the freedom to do your best work? That’s not a perk — that’s the bare minimum.
We challenge ourselves to always operate just beyond our comfort zone, collaborate because the power of many is better than the power of one, and innovate by thinking two to five years into the future. Trust, respect, and honesty sit at the core of everything we do.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who is unapologetically obsessed with doing great recruitment. You’ll embed directly into one of our incredible CleanTech, DeepTech, or BioTech partners, owning your account end-to-end and operating with full independence to deliver a world-class experience for clients and candidates alike.
Sh*t hot is our only standard. You’ll be working just beyond your comfort zone on genuinely complex, niche roles — and that’s exactly how we like it. No KPIs. No BD targets. Just trust, data, and outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery within your embedded client account
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates — trust, respect, and honesty in every interaction
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain a proactive talent pipeline
• Use data to track performance, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with your Lead and wider Bond team — the power of many over the power of one
• Advise clients on best practice, job descriptions, and market insights
• Spot commercial opportunities within your account and escalate to your Lead
• Contribute to Bond’s internal culture, knowledge sharing, and team engagement
Skills Required:
• Proven experience in agency, in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment
• Full-desk independence — you don’t need hand-holding to deliver
• Comfortable operating just beyond your comfort zone — you thrive when it’s challenging
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to hold honest, robust conversations
• Excellent data literacy — comfortable pulling reports and telling stories through numbers
• Creative sourcing toolkit — you go beyond LinkedIn and think outside the box
• People-first mindset — a genuine passion for candidate experience and quality over volume
• A collaborative, team-first attitude and Bond ambassador instinct
